No! You can place your order before Bid Day. Once your student receives your bid, simply reply to your order confirmation email with her sorority name and we will customize the bundle accordingly.

Bundle contents may very which makes it a fun surprise! However, each Essential Bid Day Bundle is guaranteed to have a retail value of over $200 and each Signature Bid Day Bundle is guaranteed to have a retail value of over $250. There is no apparel included in our bundles so no need to worry about sizing!

You can place your order NOW! We recommend ordering as early as possible. Preorders are given priority, and all orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

Orders will be shipped or ready for pickup within 24 hours of receiving your email with your student's sorority information.

Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. However, if your plans change and you need to cancel your order, we are happy to offer a refund.

We cannot customize or fulfill your order until we receive your student's sorority information, so please reply to your order confirmation as soon as Bid Day results are announced.

We offer nationwide shipping, in-store pickup, and local delivery to SMU sorority houses (the day after Bid Day).

For SMU customers, we can deliver directly to sorority houses the day after Bid Day. Be sure to select the SMU delivery option at checkout and send us your sorority information by August 22nd at 11:59pm.
